Who We Are

ASB is an acronym that stands for Associated Student Body. Laguna Beach High School’s ASB is made of both elected and selected students. The ASB is dedicated to the students and school as a whole. The ASB strives to INspire all students by planning meaningful activities and opportunities and encourages pursuit of passions and good citizenry. Laguna Beach High School’s ASB is ALL IN! We commit 100% to all we do. We are INvolved. We are INclusive. We are INfectious. We are INventive. We are INitiators. IN ALL we do, we are ALL IN! We INsure that we carry out our mission:

What We Do

Laguna Beach High School’s ASB has the broad objectives to build school spirit and make all students feel valued and a member of our community. The ASB listens with open ears to the diverse ideas and desires of all students and does their best to make the school an inclusive and safe place to be. Laguna Beach High School’s ASB’s values are to:

How to Get INvolved

You have a tremendous amount of influence as a student of LBHS. You have the power to make decisions that affect you and the rest of the student body. Breaker Nation is only as strong and spirited as the students who lead the way. If you want to make your high school experience the best it can possible be, then consider joining the Associated Student Body.

If you are an incoming freshman (currently in 8th grade) and are interested in being a part of the LBHS leadership team, please fill out an application and turn it into the Activities office by April 1st.

**Freshman class president will be elected in the fall. Please use this application at that time.

If you are currently a student at LBHS (9th - 11th grade) and are interested in holding one of the following elected positions, please fill out an application and turn it into the Activities office by February 28th.

  • ASB President
  • ASB Vice President
  • ASB Secretary
  • ASB Treasurer
  • Class Presidents
  • Pep Commissioners

If you are currently a student at LBHS (9th - 11th grade) and are interested in holding one of the following appointed positions, please fill out an application and turn it into the Activities office by April 6.

  • Athletics
  • Clubs
  • Publicity and Media
  • Decoration and Artistry
  • Activities and Events
  • Community Activities and Service
  • Elections and Public Opinion
