FLOW Week
This year's FLOW WEEK took place November 12-14, 2024. Each day, students attended an assembly to hear from Coast Film Festival filmmakers and guest speakers about the importance of taking care of our environment.
In addition, we had a series of activities surrounding FLOW Week to engage the entire student body. On November 7, LBHS art students partnered with Laguna Art Museum and artist Oriana Poindexter to design and create art installations for the LBHS Campus. On November 14, students from Model United Nations and U.S. Government classes attended the Coast Summit at the Coast Film and Music Festival to hear expert panel discussions about environmental activism. The same day on November 14 during lunch, FLOW Club held the second annual FLOW Fair, a festival with games, booths, and performances, all with an environmental theme. On November 15, LBHS art students made chalk murals at the Coast Film and Music Festival grounds
